I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing or if I think I am unable to fulfill.

If I declined your request, please do not insist or spam my mail or social media DMs.

I, as the artist, reserve the right to post your finished artwork on my social media as portfolio or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless a privacy request is stated.

I, as the artist, reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. My signature will remain on all versions of the finished artwork.

You, the Client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

Do NOT claim as your own.

Do NOT alter, redraw, trace over, edit the commissioned artwork without my consent.

Do NOT use the final piece in AI generators. If you do, you will be instantly blacklisted.

You may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: profile icons, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to live stream the process of the commission anywhere.

If you'd like your commission received by a deadline, please state so in the ordering process. I won't take rush orders.

After reading the T.O.S and choosing the type of commission you want to request, fill the form at the end of the 'Commission Info' page.

I reply to mails in a span of 1 to 3 days, although it might take longer if I'm full of work, so please be patient. If I don't reply you can re-send it, but do not spam.

Once I approve your commission request, I will send an e-mail with comfirmation and a Paypal invoice to the email you provide in the application form.

When requesting, make sure to provide references and detailed descriptions of what you want.

Do NOT use A.I generated images as references. I'll reject your request if you do so.

If your character is extremely detailed, I have the right to charge a fee to include these details. This fee will be stated before the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request (eg. change the character, agree to simplified design changes) before the transaction is complete.

I will - after everything is processed and confirmed - send you an invoice. You need to confirm the payment with me before I start your order.

Payments must be made in USD (United States Currency) or BRL (Brazilian Real) via Paypal.

No refunds once I start your commission, unless I am unable to complete it.

Commissions are paid 100% upfront and I will start on your commission only after I've received the payment.

I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.

Payments are sent via Invoice method only unless otherwise stated. I will cover the Paypal fees as it is expected from the Artist per PayPal ToS. What you see is what you will have to pay.

If payment is not made within 48 hours without explanation, the commission will be cancelled.

I will notify you when I have started on your commission. I will send the rough sketch and the lineart for corrections before I complete the piece.

Depending on my schedule, the commission process and delivery may be subject to delays. If that happens I will let you know asap.

The time it takes to finish your commission varies between a week or a month depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.

Once the piece is finished I will send the full-resolution image (PNG) along with the .PSD file in a Google Drive link. The .PSD file is not to be redistributed publicly.

If you wish for me to change something in the finished drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.
